9 years Manufacturing Systems Engineering in the Automotive Industry working with many major manufacturers. Spent the last 8 years in a consulting environment helping customers improve their effectiveness in a variety of activities ranging from strategic planning to hands-on designing ways of working. Also undertakes benchmarking and investigation works in support of change management and continuous improvement programmes.

Steve Whiteley – BEng (Hons) PGDip Manufacturing Management

7 years Manufacturing System Engineering together with 3 years Manufacturing Management within the Automotive sector. Has vast experience in Contract Management performance within the maintenance service industry. Provides hands on coaching in Continuous Improvement techniques within manufacturing and services.
